Sobha Realty is launching a new 71-story skyscraper, the 'S Tower at Sobha Hartland 2,' in Meydan, Dubai. This 300-meter tall tower, personally favored by founder P.N.C. Menon, will be one of the tallest structures in the rapidly developing Meydan area. The developer intends to keep the sales process private, with personalized invitations and inquiries.
The new S Tower will feature 105 units, with spaces ranging from 5,430 to 5,440 square feet. The pricing will be disclosed upon request to profiled customers as part of the 'Privy Collection.' Sobha Realty previously completed another S Tower, a 62-story structure on Sheikh Zayed Road, which is 229 meters high.
The Sheikh Zayed Road area has seen several new launches, including the Jumeirah Emirates Towers and Downtown Residences. Sobha also has a multi-tower cluster, 'Sobha Central,' on that stretch. A unit at the first S Tower recently sold for Dh100 million, indicating the high-end nature of these properties.
