The Abu Dhabi Housing Authority (ADHA) has launched an "Expression of Interest" service, enabling eligible citizens to choose housing projects in Abu Dhabi and Al Dhafra. This initiative allows citizens to select homes that meet their needs, fostering family cohesion and social stability. Eligible citizens will receive SMS notifications to select their preferred project via the mobile app within one month. Users can browse available projects, select an option, and confirm their choice using their digital ID.
ADHA clarifies that project changes are permitted only once after confirmation, so beneficiaries should carefully consider their decisions. The selection of specific housing units and off-plan sales will occur later, after final plans and designs are complete. ADHA also notes that projects displayed in the app are based on unit availability, with "Fully Booked" notifications appearing when all units are reserved. Applicants are advised to have alternative options.
Offered projects include government housing and private sector partnerships, catering to diverse needs. Government projects include Al Nahda, West Baniyas, Al Sadr, Al Haffar, and North Al Bahya Housing Projects in Abu Dhabi, and Madinat Al Sila’ and Madinat Zayed Housing Projects in Al Dhafra. Private sector projects include Yas Canal, Abu Mreikha, and Al Shahama Housing Projects.
These projects offer over 18,000 housing units with various designs, aiming to meet citizens' aspirations within sustainable communities.
