Luxury Residences and Hotel Planned for Dubai Islands

AVENEW Development and Hilton have partnered to bring the iconic Waldorf Astoria brand to Dubai Islands, introducing Waldorf Astoria Dubai Islands and Waldorf Astoria Residences Dubai Islands. This project aims to blend residential comfort with Waldorf Astoria's renowned service, offering meticulously designed living spaces that combine architectural excellence with functional elegance.

Waldorf Astoria Dubai Islands will feature 150 guest rooms and suites, various dining options including a rooftop restaurant, and lifestyle amenities such as an outdoor pool, kids' club, fitness studio, and spa. Waldorf Astoria Residences Dubai Islands will offer 120 branded residences, providing owners with personalized services and access to hotel facilities.

This marks AVENEW's second branded residence on Dubai Islands and its sixth overall development in the waterfront community, capitalizing on Dubai's leadership in luxury hospitality and branded residences. The strategic partnership addresses the evolving demands of modern buyers, offering homes designed for enduring value and supported by a globally recognized service standard.
