Nakheel has unveiled a new collection of luxury waterfront villas at Palm Jebel Ali, with construction underway. The latest release features two distinct collections: The Beach and The Coral, each offering unique architectural styles for contemporary coastal living. These villas, designed in collaboration with global architecture firms, provide stunning Arabian Gulf views and direct beach access.
The Beach Collection offers five- and six-bedroom villas, ranging from 7,500 to 8,500 square feet, with designs like Cyan Sky, Cobalt Beach, and Wave Crest. The Coral Collection features six- and seven-bedroom villas, spanning 11,500 to 12,500 square feet, showcasing styles such as Red Aurora and Porcelain Roses.
Palm Jebel Ali will also include a retail center and a Friday Mosque designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM), accommodating up to 1,000 worshippers. Spanning 13.4 kilometers across seven islands, the development boasts 16 fronds and over 90 kilometers of beachfront.
Aligned with Dubai's 2040 Urban Master Plan and D33 agenda, Palm Jebel Ali integrates smart city technologies and sustainable design to redefine waterfront living. This development aims to be a new growth corridor in the Jebel Ali area.
