Former UFC heavyweight champion Francis Ngannou has acquired a five-bedroom residence at the Armani Beach Residences on Palm Jumeirah in Dubai for Dh92.5 million. The property, spanning 11,521 square feet, features a private pool within the ultra-luxury beachfront development. This purchase highlights the sustained demand for branded waterfront homes in Dubai's luxury market, attracting global athletes and high-net-worth investors.
Armani Beach Residences, designed by Japanese architect Tadao Ando in collaboration with the Armani Group, comprises a limited collection of 57 homes. The project is scheduled for completion in 2027. Arada's Group CEO, Ahmed Alkhoshaibi, emphasized the strong global confidence in Dubai's high-end residential market, citing the project's unique appeal.
Ngannou cited Dubai's reputation as a global hub for opportunity and investment as a key factor in his decision. The purchase was facilitated by Majida Housni, CEO of The Ledger Concierge, representing Ngannou through eXp Realty. Palm Jumeirah continues to be a prime market, driven by limited beachfront land and strong international buyer demand.
Armani Beach Residences offers panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf and Dubai skyline, along with extensive amenities. The development caters to residents seeking privacy, design, and waterfront living, further solidifying Dubai's position as a premier destination for luxury real estate.
