A new bridge connecting Dubai to the upcoming Wynn Al Marjan Island resort in Ras Al Khaimah is nearing completion, with 48% of the work finished and scheduled for late 2026. This bridge will provide easy access from Dubai to the integrated resort, which is set to open in Spring 2027. The resort, located 50 miles from Dubai International Airport, will be the first of its kind in the UAE, featuring a casino and various luxury amenities.

Construction of the Wynn Al Marjan Island is progressing rapidly. The 71-story signature tower has reached its full height of 299 meters, making it one of the tallest structures in the Northern Emirates. The resort's façade is also advancing, with 83% of the panels installed. Interior work, including elevator and escalator installations, is underway across the property, with all 1,530 rooms, suites, townhouses, and Marina Estates structurally complete.

The resort, spanning over 60 hectares, will offer a wide array of attractions, including 22 dining options, a beach club, luxury shopping, 12 swimming pools, a superyacht marina, and a grand theatre. A dedicated events space, Coral Court, will host high-end celebrations. Additionally, a residential project called "Oasis: A Wynn Community" is being built to house over 7,000 Wynn employees, set to open in Summer 2026.
