Emirates Airline is set to build a new Cabin Crew Village in Dubai Investments Park, a multi-billion dirham investment designed to accommodate up to 12,000 cabin crew members. The project, slated to break ground in Q2 2026 with the first phase completed in 2029, is part of Emirates' long-term operational plans and supports its expanding workforce. The development will be delivered under a long-term lease agreement.
The village will feature 20 modern residential buildings, each 19 stories high, offering one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. The design prioritizes convenience and community living, reflecting Emirates' commitment to supporting its crew's well-being. The location is strategically chosen, equidistant from Dubai International Airport and Dubai World Central, aligning with Emirates' future operations at Al Maktoum International Airport.
The Cabin Crew Village is designed as a self-contained community, including a central hub with retail, dining, fitness facilities, and clinics. The master plan also incorporates outdoor spaces with walking trails, green areas, and swimming pools. Each residential building will have dedicated amenities to cater to the varied schedules of the residents.
