Mira Developments is setting a new standard in the UAE property market by offering a five-year maintenance warranty on all residential developments delivered from 2026 onwards. This "Mira Care" warranty covers essential building systems, structural elements, and key interior finishes, providing homeowners and investors with extended protection beyond the traditional handover period. This initiative makes Mira Developments the first developer in the UAE to implement such a comprehensive warranty as a standard policy.

The extended warranty aims to reduce ownership concerns, increase asset lifespan, and safeguard property value. Timur Mamaikhanov, Co-Founder and CEO of Mira Developments, emphasized that the five-year warranty reflects their commitment to quality and accountability. The company's vertically integrated model, with its own construction arm, M1 Construction, allows for complete control over building standards, materials, and long-term performance.
