AGUA Residences, a new project by Citi Developers, has officially begun construction on Dubai Islands, marking a significant step in redefining luxury island living. The development aims to blend art, wellness, and smart technology to create an immersive living experience. The project, inspired by the "Art of Island Living," incorporates sculptural design, curated amenities, and advanced smart home features.
Located within the Dubai Islands, AGUA Residences will offer a prime location with access to a 21-kilometer beachfront, world-class marinas, luxury resorts, and golf courses. Its proximity to Dubai International Airport and key city districts makes it an attractive destination for global residents and investors. The architectural design draws inspiration from water, featuring flowing spaces, natural materials, and calming views to connect residents with the sea and skyline.
The residences will feature one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, duplexes, and four-bedroom penthouses, all fully furnished with custom interiors and integrated smart technologies, including IoT-enabled systems and an AI-powered personal assistant. Residents will have access to wellness amenities such as a yoga studio, Roman bath, spa, and fitness studio, alongside leisure spaces like a private cinema, game room, infinity pools, and children's play areas. The rooftop, Cloud 9, will offer a social experience with cabanas, an infinity beach pool, and a sunken pool bar.
Citi Developers emphasizes that AGUA Residences is designed to inspire and connect with residents on both functional and emotional levels. With construction underway, AGUA Residences is poised to become a distinctive address on Dubai Islands, blending art, technology, and island wellness to shape the future of luxury living in Dubai.
