Eight Square Developers is launching Nooré, a residential project in Meydan District 11, aiming to redefine modern luxury. Nooré's design, created with an award-winning architectural consultancy, incorporates a distinctive façade inspired by Mediterranean and Gaudí styles, complemented by natural wood and travertine finishes. The project includes a double-height entrance lobby and wider-than-standard corridors, enhancing the sense of space and privacy. Advanced technology and sustainability are integrated, featuring a centralized water filtration system, smart-home readiness, integrated audio systems, and energy-efficient solutions.
Lifestyle amenities include a rooftop padel court, promoting active living. Eight Square Developers is also implementing digital building management solutions for remote monitoring and operational efficiency. Construction is progressing as planned, with completion scheduled for the second quarter of 2027.
Durrani highlights Dubai's strong economic fundamentals, infrastructure investments, and investor-friendly regulations as key drivers of real estate demand. Nooré aims to set a new standard for boutique residential living, combining architectural excellence, lifestyle amenities, and lasting value for both residents and investors.
