Chaimaa Holding unveiled ISLA Private Residences on Dubai Islands with a drone show highlighting its "slow luxury" philosophy. The Morocco-founded company, active in Dubai since 2015, is known for its North African design influence, which emphasizes warmth, proportion, and lifestyle-focused planning, differentiating it from the prevalent high-density glass towers.

ISLA, a project aligned with Dubai's 2040 Urban Vision, offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes within a master-planned coastal destination featuring 21 kilometers of beachfront. The development prioritizes intentional living, offering a departure from volume-driven development towards a more intimate and emotionally resonant experience.

A key feature of ISLA is its integration of lifestyle into its architecture, boasting three levels of amenities. These include infinity pools, wellness decks, fitness centers, landscaped gardens, social lounges, family spaces, and an outdoor cinema, all designed to enhance daily life.

Apartments at ISLA start at Dh2.2 million for one-bedroom units, with construction slated for completion in early 2028.
